We started attending CHR during Covid. CHR was having in person services when most of the other churches were having online services, or no service at all. Worshipping in person is important to us. After attending for a few weeks, it became clear to us that CHR is where God wanted us to call home. We have been impressed with the worship music, the programs offered to all ages, the sermons (the message coming from the pulpit is what we need to hear), and the feeling that the congregants genuinely care about us.

Covenant Hood River has been a place of healing for me, a place of peace, and a place where I can experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

When you find a church family such as ours, you can’t help but become connected with the church and the people who attend, on a weekly basis.

CHR has been our church home for 20 years. With Biblical teachings, and serving in church and communities, and Life Groups, our faith has grown like never before. Definitely a place to feel welcome and call home!

I love my CHR family. I’ve been attending the church for 20 years and have been serving in the church most of that time. The sound biblical teaching, great worship services, and opportunities to pray with others have all nourished my spiritual walk. My Life Group is a great way to connect more personally with some of my closest friends.

When we first began attending CHR, the presence of the Holy Spirit was obvious. This was the most important thing to us. In addition, we were immediately made to feel welcome by the existing church family, and have since become very involved ourselves. There is a constant source of love, community, mentorship and spiritual guidance available at CHR. To us, this is a church like no other.

I've met some of my best friends in Kidz Church, and I love how God's presence fills our church, I can feel it!
